Refund Policy

Each pass is a one-time payment that unlocks full access for a fixed period (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months on the Until-you-pass pass). There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — your access simply ends when the period you paid for expires. You can see the exact expiry date on your dashboard.

7-day refund: if you ask within 7 days of paying and have answered fewer than 20% of the questions in the bank since paying (answers on the free plan before you paid do not count), we refund the full amount, no questions asked. A refund ends your access.

After 7 days, or once you have used 20% or more of the bank, pass fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, because the full bank and practice exams are delivered the moment you pay.

Until-you-pass extension: if you hold the Until-you-pass pass and fail the RERA exam while it is active, email us your result within 30 days of the exam and we extend your access, free, until you pass.

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.
